Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage:
1.1 The warranty period spans 1 year by default, as outlined in the standard terms, unless expressly specified otherwise in the Quote or Invoice.
1.2 Damages resulting from improper installation or actions by the customer are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
1.3 Software & batteries are not covered by any warranty.
1.4 Pentacraft Innovate's liability under the warranty is strictly confined to the price of the Products, determined based on prevailing market conditions.
2. Force Majeure:
2.1 Pentacraft Innovate is absolved of any liability for delays or failures in performance caused by Force Majeure events, such as fire, explosion, war, strike, embargo, governmental requirements, and actions of civil or military authorities.
2.2 In such instances, the affected party shall notify the other party promptly and provide updates on the resolution of the situation.
3. Exclusions from Warranty:
3.1 The warranty explicitly does not cover damages arising from physical and water-related incidents.
3.2 Proof of purchase, in the form of an invoice or receipt, is mandatory. The faulty unit must align with the serial number documented in the proof of purchase.
4. Warranty Process:
4.1 The duration of the warranty period is delineated by the specifications on the invoice.
4.2 Customer-initiated returns for inspection before Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval are mandatory. For customers located at Malaysia, faulty unit shall be returned to Johor Bahru depot.
4.3 Pentacraft Innovate strives to repair faulty equipment; however, irreparable units will be replaced with refurbished units, either identical or of a higher model.
5. Replacement Duration:
5.1 Replacement timelines fluctuate between 1-8 weeks, contingent on the availability of suitable replacement units.
5.2 Pentacraft Innovate ships the RMA unit to the address specified on the invoice.
